My methods

1. Cocoa Bean Processing: The process begins with harvesting and fermenting cocoa beans. These beans are then dried, roasted, and cracked to extract cocoa nibs.

2. Grinding: Cocoa nibs are ground to produce cocoa mass (also known as cocoa liquor), which contains cocoa solids and cocoa butter.

3. Conching: The cocoa mass undergoes a refining process called ball mill, where it's continuously mixed and aerated to develop flavor and texture.

4. Tempering: Tempering involves controlled cooling and reheating of chocolate to form stable cocoa butter crystals. This gives the chocolate a shiny appearance and a crisp texture.

5. Molding: The tempered chocolate is poured into molds to create different shapes and sizes of chocolate products.

6. Cooling and Solidification: The molded chocolate is cooled, allowing it to solidify and retain its shape.

7. Packaging: Once the chocolate is solid, it's removed from the molds, inspected, and packaged for distribution.

8. Quality Control: Throughout the process, quality checks are performed to ensure the chocolate meets desired flavor, texture, and appearance standards.

9. Innovation: Chocolate manufacturers may also experiment with new ingredients, flavors, and production techniques to create unique products.
